Troubleshooting Registration

You must enter the membership number EXACTLY as it is shown on your contract or purchase agreement. Check to see there are no extra spaces, extra numbers or letters. The SVC Membership number is a 12 character number such as: CAAZ00000000 or HIHI00000000.

First and Last Name must be the primary person listed on your contract or purchase agreement (buyer 1). Please check to see how the above information was entered.

Zip Code and/or Postal Code must match what Shell Vacations Club has in their database.
