It is with great pleasure that I write this thank you letter to you and all your staff at the Inn.
After four days there this past weekend, I can assure you we‘ll be back and hopefully soon. Our son and daughter-in-law live within a few blocks and recommended the Inn for our visit to SF to attend a wedding. As it turned out, several from the wedding stayed with you and we all had nothing but praise of the entire experience. The breakfast each morning, the cleanliness of rooms and lobby, quiet rooms though so near to the street all made for a very enjoyable stay. But without question, the icing on the cake was the friendliness, courtesy and warmth of your entire staff. Betty was like our own private butler. My thanks to her for the bottle of wine she brought to us to celebrate my wife’s birthday. What a charming touch she added to our visit!

Our son Aaron said that he met you recently at the Inn at the Opera. I am therefore writing to extend our thanks to the Shell Vacations Club family.
We would like to thank Mr. Shawn Pierson and the staff at the Inn at the Opera for the hospitality they have shown to our family during our recent stays. The visits to each of the California resorts (Vino Bello, Donatello, Fisherman’s Wharf and the Peacock Suites) have been very special experiences for our family. The staff at all of the resorts, but especially the lnn at the Opera have made us appreciate our Signature membership.

Thank you for helping make our dreams come true! I was so impressed from the first phone call that I made to make my reservation until my checking-out. (And we were there for 5 nights.) I always felt safe. I knew if I needed help I would get it. "Hats off" to the girls providing breakfast for us every morning. I still can't get over how beautiful and clean the rooms were. You had every amenity that we possibly could have needed. The transportation access was also a plus! I can't say enough good about the whole establishment and the people there. I hope that someday I will be able to come back and stay again!!

05/31/2012 - SVC Resorts - Kauai Coast Resort at the Beachboy
We stayed there on May 20-21 and I just wanted to pass along that Jennifer at the front desk was really great. She is a real asset to your hotel. She was very friendly, professional and courteous. She even went out of her way to remember our names! Kudos to Jennifer. I hope you know that you have a really valuable employee in Jennifer. - Justin Price

03/02/2012 - SVC Resorts - Peacock Suites
I just wanted to touch base with both of you to say a big THANK YOU for your time and efforts into booking and answering all of my emails and other questions reference my family trip to Anahein and what a great stay thanks to Shell Vacation Club.
My little girl 41/2 had a great time at Disneyland and the resort at peacock suites was just outstanding. The assistant Gerenal manger ( Andrew ) personal welcome use to the resort and provide some extras for my family and I including coloring books a tee shirt for my daughter pop and snacks to our room on check in.
PLUS the hotel staff and front end staff was more then willing to help out.
This trip was great and a positive for both me and my family and I and very greatful such a program is out there.
I will be forwarding a thank you card with very high praise to but Peacock suites for all the staff as well.
Once again thanks for your time and I hope this program is around for a long time as I be willing to use it as Often as I can

10/24/2011 - SVC Collections - Old Stone Inn
We have just returned from the Shell Vacation "boutique hotel" called The Stone Inn, located in Niagara Falls, Ont. The room was dressed so perfectly and tastefully. We even had 2 separate sinks in the bathroom. The entrance is perfect, feels like a ski lodge. The dining room was so beautiful. We enjoyed fine dining in jeans and a sweater. Wayne was our waiter and Paul was the "Inn Keeper". Both were so excellent at their jobs, we could tell they really enjoyed what they were doing. The location to the Falls was also so perfect. We were within walking distance of everything. Thank you for giving us a wonderful experience. - Julie and Michael
03/23/2011 - SVC Resorts - Waikiki Marina Resort at the Ilikai
We are checking out tomorrow and cannot rave enough about how great our stay at Ilikai this past 8 days! The condo unit is spacious! Our unit has the 2 double beds plus pull out couch. We were on the 10th floor facing the lagoon, which means we get the free seating for the Hilton Luau nightly, plus front row seats to the friday night Fireworks from our lanai! The proximity to the beach, and the big sunny pool is a hit with our 9 year old girls. The Shell Vacations staff are also highly commendable... from Kent, who checked us in smoothly late at night, to Kirstin who was so helpful when I needed a big enough bandaid for my daughter, to Rollie who went out of his way to help me with a fax that i need to send out... you guys made our vacation memorable! Oh and we did not hit the Ilikai Bar and Grill until this afternoon, and found out that they have the best seared ahi tuna! Beats the one at the Yardhouse! (and dont try the seared tuna at Outback, it does not compare!) The location at Ilikai is very convenient, about a 3 city block walk to the Ala Moana shopping center, 5 to the Walmart, half a block to the nearest ABC superette, across the street for car rentals, 2 minute walk to the Hilton lagoon (we tried the stand-up paddle board), and 5 minutes to the beach! Red Lobster is also half a block away, so is Outback - but dont try the tuna there!) - The Loutets
03/15/2011 - SVC Resorts - Inn at the Opera
We stayed at Inn at the Opera in San Francisco in June of 2009 and was more pleased that I could have ever expected. The front desk staff were courteous, helpful and available at all times. The room was comfortable and clean. The Inn is on the bus line so it was very convenient for sight seeing and travel. The concierge was invaluable for a person new too the city. Would recommend this resort to anyone traveling to the area! - April Galyon Wadley

We are huge Shell fans: We've been timesharing since 1984! Shell really is a class by itself. One of our travel goals is to stay at least once at all the Shell resorts. We've done two in Hawaii, two in Phoenix,Scottsdale,two in San Francisco (several times), Napa, and of course, both in Ontario, Canada (where we are owners). I appreciate going knowing the high quality of both accommodations & staffing that we can expect.I truly enjoy the design of the suites and the feeling of luxury I experience. We will soon try out Puerto Vallarta's newest:The Sunset Plaza Beach Resort. So, to be continued....... - Suzanne & Richard Stapells

We loved the Desert Rose. It is the perfect place to stay if you are bringing any kids to las vegas because out 17 year old had his own separate bedroom and bathroom and that was very difficult to find at any other hotel. Is was a very nice room... great pool.. great service. I would highly recommend it. - Mary Correthers
02/27/2011 - SVC Resorts - The Donatello
We stayed at the donatello during the giants win in the world series. The hotel is at the best location in the city. The rooms are spacious and well appointed - if you can book a room at the back - it is much more quiet. The top floor looks out on the city and always has coffee, info and gatherings for the guests. Make sure you take in the weekly wine tasting. The hotels restaurant has a happy hour - order the seafood resotto. Around the corner is a cheap but very good thai restaurant - the cheese cake factory is a must atop Maceys - get a cheese cake coupon from the 15th floor. Have breakfast at Dotties and try the tandori chicken at the shalamar right beside it. As far as day trips are concerned - get a city pass - the muni ticket on it will pay for the book itself - go to everything in the book - all are outstanding. Take the full day trip to Carmel with a visit to the aquarium - it is well worth the money. Don't rent a car unless you plan to leave the city for a full day. Trust me you don't need a car - Have lunch at the Ferry building - Try the mexican restaurant - good food and cheap. Take the cable cars - pass on china town unless you want cheap junk that you can find at any Walmart. Go to the Wells Fargo Museum - its free - within walking distance and interesting. Go to city hall and the market there - get cheap produce and the hall is magnificent and its free. - Robert and Maria Senior

If you are planning a trip or two week stay in the Hawaiian Islands, the Big Island with the Kona Resort and Holua are terrific. Suffice it to say two weeks pasted very fast. I am a very satisfied SVC member of longstanding. - Billy Hoffann
12/04/2010 - SVC Resorts - Holua Resort
This is our 4th shell vacation stay. The staff at the Holua Resort is the best by far. The front desk (Evan) was personable and accomodating. We asked to change rooms to a room with ocean view and he was more than accomodating. We stayed 18 days and took advantage of the room with a view. We found ourselves getting home in a hurry to watch the sunset from our Lanai every day. Rich, the conceirge, was great, he made restaraunt and tour reservations for the days we wanted. He was knowledgable about everything to steer us away from poor value tours and lead us towards things that suited us. Although 18 days was a long stay, we could of stayed longer. Housekeeping was great, new sheets and towels every few days was great and if we wanted them to delay a day, no problem. Shell has a great resort in the Holua and would recommend it to anyone from a couple to a family. I can't brag about them enough. We plan to see them soon, if not next year then at least the year after. - Martin and Deborah McLeod

Star Pass is a 5 Star Resort. Not only is the staff friendly, but they are very accomodating as well. Every time we stay at Star Pass, we never want to leave! The views are breathtaking and the accomodations are clean and very comfortable. I recommend Star Pass to families and couples because there is something to do for everyone! - Veronica Holguin
