The Legacy Golf Resort offers 328 beautifully appointed luxury guest suites housed in 12 separate buildings. Decorated in Spanish mission-style with rich wood cabinetry and earth-toned fabrics, each suite features a full kitchen or kitchenette, spacious living & dining area, washer & dryer, spacious baths (some with in-room Jacuzzis), and either a balcony or patio overlooking lush tropical courtyards and the golf course.

Studio Suites:
The Legacy Golf Resort's studio suites combine relaxed charm and modern comfort. Each suite offers 419 square feet of living space with a king bed and sofa bed, two person dinette set, fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. The studio suite has a partial living room area and a patio or balcony. Each suite has individual climate control, dual-line telephone with voice mail, and free high speed wireless internet.

One-Bedroom Condos:
The Legacy Golf Resort's spacious one bedroom condominiums are designed for comfort and casual elegance-the perfect Arizona lodging. The 827 sq. ft living space in the one-bedroom condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator, island with dual sink and two stools, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. The condo has a full size living room with an entertainment center and sofa bed. A full dining room is also included with a dining table that seats up to 6 people. The condo has a separate bedroom with a king size bed and master bath with a Jacuzzi. All condos include a balcony or patio. Each condo has individual climate control, dual-line telephone with voice mail, and free high speed internet access.

Two-Bedroom Condos:
Two-bedroom condos consist of a studio suite and a one-bedroom condo combined. They offer 1,257 square feet of generous living space with two living rooms, two private balconies or patios, and two lavish baths. Combined bath areas offer a shower-tub, an in room Jacuzzi and walk-in marble shower. With full kitchens, dining service for ten, multiple DVD/CD players along with a 32" TV and DVD player in the main living room and 27" TVs in each bedroom, the suites embody resort-style living at its fullest.

419 sq.ft.; 1 King bed and full sized sofa-sleeper; 2 person dinette; partial living room area; furnished patio or balcony; fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer/extractor; shower/tub combo, sleeps 4. Rollaway is not suggested in this room.

• Doorways measure front entry 33.25", pocket bathroom door 34.75", Arcadia door 32.25" .
• There is one king bed with a minimum 36" path of travel around the end and each side of the bed and throughout the guest room.
• The clearance for the bathroom sink/counter space (in inches) 68.5w x 28.5h x 25.5d.
• The clearance for the kitchen counter space (in inches) 48w x 30h x 25d.
• Dining room table sits 28" high.
• Wall switches are 41" from the floor.
• This unit has a roll-in shower only, no tub. There is a removable shower seat and two grab bars present.
• The toilet sits 18" high with two grab bars. There is a 36" clearance in front of the toilet, 50.5 " to the left and 13" to the right.

One Rollaway allowed at cost of $20 per night.
