A rental car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. If you'd prefer to minimize the number of days to rent a car - we suggest that you could enjoy all the local attractions within two to three days.

Directions:

From Lihue Airport (LIH) (Approx. 6.2 miles - about 11 min.):

1. Turn right (North) on Hwy #51 (Kapule Hwy).
2. This road becomes Hwy #56 (Kuhio Hwy).
3. Continue 5 miles north passing over the Wailua River.
4. 1/2 mile further, look for the Coconut Market Place on your right (Aleka Loop).
5. Turn into the main entrance of the Marketplace and Kauai Coast Resort is straight ahead.
