Mountainside Lodge Announces the Acquisition of Thirty-Four Units by Executive Hotels & Resorts

NORTHBROOK, IL February 10, 2012 - Carriage Hills Hospitality, Inc. announced today that
Executive Hotels & Resorts has acquired thirty-four hotel units at Mountainside Lodge in Whistler, B.C. The acquired units have been operated as hotel units and were not part of any timeshare programs.

Carriage Hills Hospitality Inc., the Canadian affiliate of SVC-Hospitality, LLC, will continue to manage and operate the forty-two units owned by Shell Owners Association Pacific, including those units participating in the Mountainside Lodge vacation lease program as it has since 2005. Carriage Hills Hospitality, Inc. will also continue to manage thirty-five parking stalls at the Resort.

Mountainside Lodge is exquisitely situated just steps from the fabled slopes of Whistler, and is the ideal destination for Alpine adventures in skiing, mountain biking, whitewater river rafting and other exciting activities. Boasting a prominent collection of intimate studios, spacious bedrooms and lofted suites, the Whistler timeshare combines comfort and service with impeccable amenities.
