Sheldon Ginsburg Chairman, Shell Vacations LLC Sheldon Ginsburg is the internationally respected pioneer who founded the company in 1963 as The Shell Group, Inc*. A champion of ethics and education in the vacation industry, Mr. Ginsburg serves on both the Board of Trustees and the Board of Directors of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), and is the former President of the International Foundation for Timesharing. His vision for his company is the culmination of nearly three decades of vacation ownership experience. Under his guidance, Shell Vacations LLC has emerged as one of the most respected independent developers in the vacation ownership industry.
Mr. Ginsburg graduated with distinction from Keller Graduate School of Management with an MBA in June 1998. He is the recipient of the George P. Doherty Award, presented to the outstanding graduate of Keller who best represents the qualities of leadership, strength of character, and pursuit of excellence. Finally, Mr. Ginsburg is enshrined in the prestigious Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame.

Tracy Sherles President, Shell Vacations LLC Tracy Sherles is one of the preeminent specialists in point-based vacation ownership programs. She has spent more than 15 years creating and operating these point-based platforms for the vacation ownership industry to sell a variety of real estate and personal property. She was responsible for the design and implementation of the Shell Vacations Club, oversees Shell Vacations Hospitality and the Information Technology division. She is a former member of the ARDA Points Task Force and the drafting committee for the Vacation Club Model Act. She currently serves as one of ARDA's Chairman's League Members. Before joining Shell Vacations LLC, Ms. Sherles served as Vice President of Interval International. Prior to her tenure at Interval International, Ms. Sherles was a principal of Tenstar Corporation (later acquired by CUC International). She has lead numerous industry seminars, published noted articles on the subject of loyalty programs, clubs and points, and continues to provide educational support to the industry. Ms. Sherles completed a higher education from Phillips Exeter Academy before graduating with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Economics from the University of Puget Sound.
Daniel B. Glickstein Vice President and General Counsel As Vice President and General Counsel of Shell Vacations LLC, Daniel Glickstein is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the legal department and work performed by outside counsel for the Company. This encompasses acquisitions and development of projects; registration of vacation ownership and vacation club product; litigation monitoring; negotiation and review of various leases and contracts; human resource involvement and counsel; working with the Chief Financial Officer on various lender transactions and ancillary issues; and partnering with all divisions of the Company to verify and implement legal compliance, etc. Mr. Glickstein is active in ARDA legislation efforts and serves on its General Counsel Committee. He received a BA Degree in English from Loyola University and a JD Degree from The John Marshall Law School. Mr. Glickstein passed the Bar of Illinois in 1977, and was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois the same year.
Craig Goldstein Chief Financial Officer Mr. Goldstein is the Chief Financial Officer of Shell Vacations LLC since its inception, and is responsible for all aspects of accounting, income tax and finance for the company, its subsidiaries and affiliates. Mr. Goldstein is a Registered Certified Public Accountant, as well as a member of ARDA and the Illinois C.P.A. Society. He was the recipient of the 1995 ARDA Award for Executive Administrative Manager of the Year. Mr. Goldstein earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois.
Jeffrey P. Server Executive Vice President: Acquisition, Development, & Facilities Jeffrey Server has been involved in the real estate business in Chicago his entire professional career, possessing extensive experience in property development and management throughout the United States since 1964. From 1984 on, Mr. Server has been performing numerous tasks related to the commercial real estate holdings for Shell Development (the predecessor to Shell Vacations LLC), serving as President to Shell Properties Corporation. In 1997 he joined the vacation ownership development operations for Shell Vacations, and took the lead in that effort in 2002. Mr. Server’s responsibilities include property selection and purchase negotiation, due diligence, acquisition and development of new inventory for Shell Vacations, and the procurement of office and sales space for the Company’s operating divisions.
Paul Adreani President, Shell Vacations Club Paul Adreani joined Shell Vacations in the spring of 1999. He possesses over 19-years experience in Real Estate and Inventory Management to complement a broad background in operations, accounting, financial analysis, marketing and human resources. Prior to joining Shell Vacations, Mr. Adreani served as Controller for Tri-United Management, Inc., a Skokie, Illinois-based real estate management firm. In maintaining overall responsibility for Shell Vacations, he oversees Member Servicing & Travel Operations, Inventory & Yield Management, Partner Programs, Performance Analysis and all Points-based modeling for SVC. Mr. Adreani was on the Dean’s List at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, while earning a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Psychology and Mathematics.
Karen Buttice Executive Vice President, Business Development Karen Buttice brings over two decades of vacation ownership experience to Shell Vacations, where she serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development. She joined Shell Vacations and has responsibility for coordinating and implementing all aspects of new program development across al impacted business departments. Programs include the re-launch of SVC Elite®, the Japanese servicing initiative, Select Connections™ and Directions Magazine. She also oversees the Website & Media Department which administers all aspects of member marketing collateral and the SVC website as well as corporate public relations initiatives. Prior to joining Shell vacations, Ms. Buttice worked for RCI® for 19 years where she served in multiple management positions. Ms. Buttice earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Indiana State University.
Cal Denison Business Analyst Call Denison brings more than twenty-five experience in the real estate investment and timeshare arena to the Shell Vacations team. Since joining Shell Vacations in 2008 as Business Analyst, he has been responsible for executing initial deal review, financial analysis and overall management of the due diligence process for all Mergers and Acquisitions activity. Mr. Denison previously served as President and CEO of Divi Resorts (a nine resort timeshare operator) and has acted in a senior role in more than two dozen hotel and timeshare resort acquisitions of the last twenty years. Mr. Denison graduated from the University of Illinois (BA), concentrating in Economics and Finance.
Susan C. Kelley President, Shell Vacations Hospitality Susan Kelly is the President of Shell Vacations Hospitality and is responsible for all resort fiscal and facilities operation. Under her administration, resort operations have optimized operating efficiencies and increased occupancies and revenues. As a result of her dedication, managed resorts have realized financial stability and facility improvements. Ms. Kelly has remained committed to the industry since 1978 and in 1998 was awarded the Gold ARDY award for Executive Manager – the highest honor bestowed by ARDA. She remains active in the AHMA and has received the CHA designation.
Gary Gorson Chief Information Officer Gary Gorson brings some twenty years of IT consulting and senior-level IT leadership experience to Shell Vacations LLC. Mr. Gorson gained expertise in designing, building and managing e-business and technology infrastructures as Director of ASP Operations for Cyborg Systems, and as Vice President, IT Operations for Automatic Data Processing and William M. Mercer. Mr. Gorson holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from De Paul University in Chicago.
Sheli Jones Executive Vice President of Human Resources Sheli Jones is responsible for more than 2,000 personnel within Shell Vacations divisions. Additionally, she supervises a staff of HR professionals in multi-state locations to service all of the company's resorts and preview centers. With more than 18 years of experience as a human resource professional in the corporate HR field, she is familiar with the myriad of federal and state laws, regulations, policies and procedures required in today's fast paced regulatory environment. Ms. Jones has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Long Beach State University.
